Our Approach

At SMARTALK, Inc. we view each of our clients as unique.  Our approach makes the most of each client’s individuality. We know “one size” doesn’t “fit all.”   We believe “cookie cutters” are best left in the bakery. We incorporate a participant’s desired outcomes into our training from the start. 

Our approach allows participants to learn by doing. We ground ourselves in the belief that actual experience is worth thousands of words.

Participants appear on camera and receive on-the-spot critiques. They then review their video in small groups.

If you asked us to characterize our approach in one word, that word would be “interactive.”
